City of Sarasota Commissioner Lou Ann Palmer, and Sarasota County Commissioner Paul Mercier, presented Proclamations from the City and County to Showfolks of Sarasota during the opening performance of Showfolks Circus Extravaganza 2004 Edition in recognition of Showfolks 40th Birthday.
